BISHOP STACY M. MCQUEEN

Bishop Stacy M. McQueen was born October 2, 1937, in Moncks Corner, S.C. to the late Dea. Wardell & Evang. Thelma McQueen. In 1954 his family migrated to Newark, NJ.
Bishop Stacy McQueen came to the knowledge of Jesus Christ more than 60 years ago under the leadership of the late Apostle Arturo Skinner. Apostle Arturo Skinner, known as the "Father of Deliverance" in Pentecostal circles, founded the Deliverance Evangelistic Center of Brooklyn and Newark, NJ,
New York, in the 1950s and founded other churches, or centers, in cities such as Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Newark, New Jersey; and other large and small cities up and down the East Coast. Skinner's ministry, which Pentecostal in nature, focused on salvation and divine healing. There was also a strong element of the prophetic in Skinner's ministry and in the ministries of the evangelists and other clergy who received ecclesiastical training at his centers.
Nine months after Bishop McQueen accepted Christ he became a full-time evangelist. A little more than two years later he married Ruth Yvonne Hayes. Immediately after this holy union, they evangelized together, pioneering churches in Rocky Mt., NC - Baltimore, MD - Seattle, WA - Aliquippa, PA -and Newark, NJ where he is the Chief Prelate.
Bishop McQueen has been the Chief Shepard of the Headquarter Church, Full Gospel Monument of Faith, Reaching Higher Full Gospel in Bradenton, FL and Full Gospel Temple of Praise in Somerset, NJ. He is the Superintendent of the Full Gospel Christian Academy, served on the Board of Directors for Here’s Life Greater New York, a member of the Executive Committee of Northern New Jersey Black Churchman, and associated with the Newark West-Ward Clergy. He received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the United Bible College and Seminary, Orlando Florida.

FIRST LADY RUTH Y. MCQUEEN

Lady Ruth McQueen was born in Newark, NJ, one of nine children. She was born again on July 2, 1960, under the leadership of the late Apostle Skinner, Founder of the Deliverance Evangelistic Centers, Inc. She attended Essex and Union County Colleges majoring in Business, as well as, The Deliverance Bible Institute and The Evangelical Bible Institute.
Lady McQueen was called to Full Time Ministry at an early age, leaving a promising career at AT&T in New York City. On March 7, 1964, she was united in Holy Matrimony to Bishop Stacy McQueen, and to this union God blessed them with three children, Valerie, Darlene, and Brian, they’re all married. They have also been blessed with eight grandchildren.
In the sixties, Lady & Bishop McQueen established and pastored the Aliquippa Deliverance Center, in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The Full Gospel Monument of Faith Ministries was established in 1972 after they returned to New Jersey. Lady McQueen was later installed as the Pastor in 2016, she is also the Full Gospel Christian Academy’s Director and has served in virtually every aspect of the Ministry.
Lady McQueen is an international Police Chaplin as well as a member of the Newark Police Clergy. She was appointed President of the Interdenominational Women’s Conference, under the beloved Founder, Dr. Gilmore Pastor of the Gilmore Memorial COGIC, Paterson, New Jersey. She also serves on the Board of Deliverance Homecoming and is on the committee of Clergy and Newark Police. She conducts Revivals; Workshops; Seminars and she develops her own material for the same as well as other related materials. Her most outstanding feature is that she loves God and His people.
